We are a creative, community-driven restaurant space in Sanur that cares deeply about food quality, aesthetics, hospitality, and the little details that make a place memorable. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who genuinely takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and wants to actively shape and grow the space.
This is not a passive operational role. We are looking for someone who can become the face of the restaurant, take ownership, drive sales and visibility, and continuously improve the overall experience of the space.
About the Role
As our Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily guest experience, restaurant standards, team leadership, and business performance of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant feels alive, welcoming, visually appealing, and consistently high quality — from food presentation and cleanliness, to lighting, flowers, music, hospitality, community engagement, and service standards.
You will work closely with the owner and leadership team, with the autonomy to suggest improvements, initiate ideas, and take action.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Guest Experience & Hospitality
Create a warm, memorable, and high-quality guest experience
Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat customers
Be present on the floor and actively engage with guests
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and confidently
Ensure service standards are consistently maintained and improved
Food, Quality Control & Aesthetics
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Ensure cleanliness and operational standards across the space
Oversee the visual and aesthetic quality of the restaurant
Pay attention to details such as lighting, ambiance, flowers, music, table setup, and overall guest flow
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the space and experience
Sales, Visibility & Brand Growth
Actively drive sales and revenue opportunities
Manage and improve revenue channels such as GoFood, GrabFood, promotions, collaborations, and community events
Increase brand visibility and community engagement
Work closely with marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to grow awareness
Understand menu psychology, upselling, and customer behavior
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff
Maintain strong operational discipline and service culture
Lead by example and create a positive working environment
Operations & Financial Awareness
Monitor restaurant performance and basic P&L
Lead the operational team to ensure smooth execution
Understand daily sales targets, food cost targets, and operational efficiency
Support decision-making that improves profitability without compromising guest experience
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant owner, or similar hospitality leadership role
Experience in boutique restaurants, boutique hotels, lifestyle brands, or creative hospitality spaces
Strong English communication skills are required
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality standards
Passion for food, guest experience, and hospitality
Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
Comfortable interacting with guests and being the face of the space
Basic understanding of sales performance and restaurant financials
Experience in team training and recruitment
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
