The Role
We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to steer our gaming division’s strategy and daily operations. You’ll work closely with the executive team to translate our vision into profitable growth, while ensuring our social mission remains front and center.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with C-level executives to develop and execute the gaming unit’s growth strategy.
Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end operations, from product development to customer acquisition and retention, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Team Building & Management: Lead cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, finance, etc.) to meet operational milestones, optimize performance, and foster a culture of innovation.
Market Expansion: Identify new markets and opportunities for strategic partnerships, with a focus on sustainable, responsible gaming.
Financial Oversight: Track operational budgets, manage P&L, and ensure that financial targets and philanthropic goals are met.
Compliance & Regulation: Navigate any relevant global regulations, implementing best practices, ethics, and responsible gaming standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the gaming unit to investors, partners, and community stakeholders, balancing commercial objectives with philanthropic commitments.
Who We’re Looking For
Gaming/Tech Expertise: Demonstrated success in senior-level roles within gaming, tech, or related industries—or strong operational leadership experience that can transfer to gaming.
Operational Excellence: Track record of scaling operations, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a startup-like environment within a larger organization; you see opportunities where others see challenges.
Dedication to Social Impact: Committed to aligning commercial success with meaningful contributions to charitable causes.
Leadership & Culture: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to inspire cross-functional teams toward common goals.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance.
Compensation & Commitment

Symbolic Base Salary: We believe the proof is in the pudding.
Lucrative Profit Participation: In place of a typical high base salary, you’ll receive a generous share of the profits from the gaming unit.
Profit Cut / Preference for Financial Buy-In: Candidates willing to invest financially (“skin in the game”) will be given preferential terms and an enhanced stake in the venture.
